MONDAYS
4:00-6:00: Improvisation and Performance: Create A Show! (ages
8-11)
Sept 29 – December 8
In this class the sky’s the limit! Spontaneity, imagination,
humor and creative group collaboration are all the foundation for
building improvisational skills. Using props costumes, literature
and music for inspiration, and basic improve structures, we will create
our own characters and build a show from scratch. Our show will be
presented on the last day of class.

4:00-5:30: Kids on Broadway: Musical Theater for Young
Performers
(ages 7-10) Sept 29 – December 8
Students will sing and dance their heart away while learning how
to perform musical numbers and skits inspired from their favorite
kids shows such as “Aladdin”, “A Little Mermaid”,
“Beauty and the Beast”, “Mary Poppins” and
others. A short musical revue will be presented to family and friends
on the last class.

TUESDAYS

THURSDAYS
4:00-5:30: Fantasy and Fairytale Theatre (ages
5-7)
October 2 – December 11
Join us as we adventure into the world of fantasy, imagination and
delight! We will act out stories, create our own skits based on
myths and fairytales and create pantomimes using costumes, masks,
and music. We will perform these skits for friends and family on
the last day of class.

FRIDAYS
4:00-6:00: Get on Stage: Acting Technique for the Theatre
(ages 9-12)
October 3 – December 12
This class is ideal for the student interested in exploring acting
as a performance modality and as a higher art form. We will introduce
the concepts of scene study principles such as physical action,
scene analysis, character study, and actor preparation. Emphasis
in class will be on utilizing these principles and working different
scenes with one to two partners and presenting the results on the
last day of class
