run 10 weeks. See class for exact dates. For certain
classes, we do note below that regular attendance is mandatory.
This does not mean that regular attendance is any less important

4:30-6:00: Intro to Story Theatre: “Madeline”
(ages 5-8)
February 9- April 27
Join Madeline, Miss Ravel, and all of Madeline’s
boarding school friends for an awesome acting adventure. Using
drama games, improvisation, character exploration and creative
movement, we will create an exciting presentation based on
the first Madeline book in the famous series. Our final work
will be a combination of playback theatre and scripted material.
There will be a culminating final presentation at the end
of the session. (regular attendance is mandatory
for participation.)

CLASS IS FULL
4:30-6:00: Musical Theatre Classics for Young Performers
(ages 6-8)
February 10- April 21
Learn to tell a story by using your voice. Students sing,
dance, and act by exploring catchy tunes and fun dance moves
inspired by well known children’s theater classics.
Class will also stress the importance of stage presence, presentation
and audience awareness. There will be a culminating presentation
at the end of the session

4:30-6:30: "Mary Poppins": A Mini
Musical Revue (ages 8-11)
February 11 - April 22
This is the perfect class for kids who love musical theatre
and Mary Poppins. Students will focus on basic vocal technique,
song interpretation, vocal dynamics and classic musical theatre
style dance moves. We will pull favorites from this classic
show and put together our own “mini” revue. Class
will also stress the importance of stage presence, presentation
and audience awareness. There will be a culminating presentation
at the end of the session. (regular attendance
is mandatory for participation.)

4:30-6:30: Intermediate Acting
and Musical Theatre Intensive (ages 11-15)
February 12 - April 23
Are you ready to take the next step in your theatre education?
In this intensive class students will explore the methodology
of famous acting teachers such as Meisner, Stella Adler and
Uta Hagen. Characterization, motivation, action, subtext and
tactics will all be explored. We will also work on vocal dynamics
and song presentation while closely preparing the students
on how to best audition for both musical and non musical theatre.

Cancellation Policy: Fees are non-refundable. Fees beyond
deposit may be used as credit at after a good faith effort has been
