Thank you for your interest in our Boulder after school classes. We are excited to offer you a child a fun and dynamic educational experience. Please note that all classes end with a final presentation on the last day of class, at times listed below.
Final Presentations are approx 30mins in length and they are focused on the actors, though we may use simple costume accessories and set pieces to enhance the presentation! Final Presentations for the Actors Academy Prep Classes will have a slightly different format. More details will provided prior to the presentation date.

CLASS FULL – Where the Wild Things Are: Acting and Character Play (Grades K-4) – CLASS FULL
4-5:15pm / January 29– April 16 (no class 2/19 & 3/26)
Come along on an adventure to the land of the Wild Things this winter! This class will introduce basic acting skills while drawing on your child’s imagination. Using the inspiring story of Max and his Wild Things, students will focus on creating characters while acting through creative play and movement. Students will collectively bring this story to life through pantomimes, soundscapes, and movement/dance.
Final presentation for family and friends will be on April 16 at 5:00pm $195
Acting and Auditioning Intensive (Grades 4-8)
5:30 – 7:30pm / January 29 – April 16 (no class 2/19 & 3/26)
Are you interested in auditioning for your school or community play, summer theatre camp, or the Actors Academy Program? Do you want to feel better prepared to audition and/or do you want to learn more about acting in general? In this intensive program, you will receive in-depth attention for your acting, vocalizing, and movement to better prepare you for the role of your dreams! Students will leave this class equipped with a polished audition piece and a more developed sense of awareness as an actor, as well as a fundamental understanding of scene study and acting techniques to aid in character and scene development. There will be opportunities for interested students to use their final class performance as an audition for the Actors Academy.
Final presentation for family and friends will be on April 16 at 7:00pm $295
CLASS FULL – Mary Poppins: A Musical Revue (Grades 1– 4) – CLASS FULL
4-5:15pm / January 26- April 13 (no class 3/30)
This class is perfect for students who love to act, sing, and dance. Students will focus on character acting, basic vocal technique, and musical theater style dance to bring some of our favorite Mary Poppins characters to life. Be inspired by Mary Poppins and friends as they sing and dance their way through the landscape of old London!
Final presentation for family and friends will be on April 13 at 5:00pm $195
Hip Modern Musicals: Rent and Spring Awakening Musical Revue (school editions) (Grades 5-9)
5:30-7:00 January 26- April 13 (no class 3/30)
This is the class for the student who loves to do it all! Students will sing, dance, and act their hearts out by exploring popular and moving tunes from Rent and Spring Awakening that have moved young people for almost a generation. While there will be significant time spent on vocal and dance technique, class will also stress the importance of stage presence, presentation, and audience and ensemble awareness. Final presentation for family and friends will be on April 13 at 7pm $195

Cancellation Policy: Fees are non-refundable. Fees beyond deposit may be used as credit at after a good faith effort has been made to address withdrawal issue. Exceptions may be made in the case of family or medical emergency.
